Undivided Pinot Noir (France)

Halfway through Advent Season 2025, and we have a Pinot Noir that demands our “Undivided” attention.
Yeah, that was corny. Well I am entitled to at least one “dad” joke per season, right? Anyway, on to the wine…
Undivided is a festive Pinot Noir – very much fruit forward with strawberries, black cherries and raspberries on the palate, followed by vanilla and some baking spices. Red fruit and spice makes everything nice, or so they say. It’s medium bodied and there is also a solid tannin backbone to give the wine some needed structure. Finish is medium, the fruit holds up well through the end. All in all, a nice wine to enjoy your full attention, sure you can pair it with food, but I say why divide the spotlight?
