Keeping It Short and Sweet…

Hi,  My name is Ed Francis, I am currently studying for WSET Level 3 and I am using this blog to practice wine tasting and recording my observations.  I’m also using this to record the wines I’m trying for entry into the Wine Century Club. 

I suppose sometime down the line I’ll try for a more poetic introduction, and edit this piece.  But for right now this is it.  🙂
