Pastillo Pinot Grigio (IGT)
Region: Rubicone (Emilio Romagna, Italy)
For the second day of Advent, Costco takes us from the New World to the Old World, featuring a Pinot Grigio from the Rubicone – one of Italy’s oldest winemaking regions. Tart, tropical and citrus flavors stand out on the palate, especially papaya and lemon. The body and finish is light, but the wine’s high acidity and solid minerality gives it a distinctive characeter that makes it stand out among other Pinot Grigios. Highly recommend this with an Alfredo or other creamy pasta dish.
